Giang Biên Industrial Park offers an advantageous location and strong development potential, providing an ideal environment for companies to establish a foundation for long-term growth. The land value in the area is also expected to continue its steady appreciation.

MDA previously served as the construction partner for HJ VINA’s manufacturing facility, building a trusted working relationship. This land transaction further strengthens that partnership, reflecting MDA’s commitment to maintaining long-term, mutually supportive cooperation.

MDA places great value on relationships built through shared work and aims to continue creating new opportunities and growth together with its partners.

Additional land allocations within Giang Biên Industrial Park are currently in progress, and MDA will continue working to foster an industrial ecosystem where diverse enterprises can grow and thrive together.
