MDA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CJMK Consulting on October 25, 2025.

Through this agreement, the two companies will explore collaborative opportunities in several areas, including the sales agency operations for golf memberships and villa units within Glory CC in Vietnam, content development leveraging character IP, and experiential content and branding initiatives based on the Laos farm IP character.

MDA will continue to build new synergies through strategic partnerships and further strengthen its expertise and competitiveness in project execution.
