On September 11, 2020, a business agreement (MOU) was signed with HI TECH FARM, a Korean agricultural company, for the development of smart farms and logistics complexes in Vietnam at MDA headquarters in Hanoi.

The two companies have signed a business agreement on the development of large-scale high-tech agricultural complexes in Vietnam, smart farm construction in Cao Bang, Hanoi, and the development of overseas agricultural development industries and logistics complexes with the Korea Rural Community Corporation.

Through this agreement, MDA plans to contribute to the development of agricultural technology in Vietnam by introducing smart farm technology, a cutting-edge farmer, to Vietnam based on smart farm technology. In addition, by revitalizing the logistics and distribution sector, we will strive to develop the local economy and further establish a virtuous cycle structure in the Vietnamese market.
