MDA, Spreading Corporate Social Responsibility in Southeast Asia with Sponsorship of Lao Pro Football Team

MDA has officially entered into a sponsorship partnership with Champasak HAGL Avenil FC, a professional football club based in Champasak, Laos.

This marks the first instance of a Vietnam-based Korean company providing support to a local professional football team in Laos. Partnering with the club led by Korean owner and President Bae Ji-sun, MDA has earned significant media attention for establishing a novel model of private sports cooperation and CSR connecting Korea, Vietnam, and Laos.

Since expanding into Vietnam in 2008, MDA has broadened its business portfolio around its Hanoi base—spanning industrial park development, general construction, and real estate consulting. Leveraging this sponsorship as a catalyst, MDA plans to further expand sustainable ESG and CSR initiatives, empowering local youth and athletes to pursue their dreams while growing alongside communities across Southeast Asia.
